CURBRIDGEPARTNERS

The business you built deserves a considered next chapter.

Curbridge Partners speaks confidentially with founders who are thinking about investment, succession or a sale. We help you understand your options and, where it makes sense, introduce you to the right long-term partner.

What we offer

Options that fit where you are, not where a buyer wants you to be.

Minority investment

Grow with a partner

Bring in capital and operational support while you keep control of the business and its direction.

Majority sale

Take value, stay involved

Realise a meaningful part of what you have built and stay on to lead the next stage of growth.

Full exit

Plan your succession

Step back on your own timetable, knowing the business, your team and your customers are in safe hands.

How it works

A simple, private process with no obligation.

  1. Introductory call

A 10 to 15 minute confidential conversation online, at a time that suits you.

  2. Confidentiality first

Before any detail about your business is shared, everyone signs a non-disclosure agreement.

  3. Explore the options

We talk through what you want for yourself, your team and the business, and what each route could look like.

  4. You decide

If there is a fit, we make an introduction. If not, the conversation ends there and stays private.

DiscreetYour staff, customers and competitors never hear about it from us.
UnhurriedNo pressure and no deadlines. The pace is yours.

Who we work with

Backed by a long-term operating partner.

Curbridge Partners works alongside Smarter Capital, a UK investment group that acquires and scales founder-led businesses.

Smarter Capital takes an operational approach rather than a purely financial one, working with management to build on what founders have already achieved.

About

Liam Perry

Founder, Curbridge Partners

I'm Liam, founder of Curbridge Partners. I've spent 30 years in operations, delivering for blue chip clients, so I understand what it takes to run and grow a business day to day. Today I focus on connecting owners of established, founder-led UK businesses with Smarter Capital, an investment group that acquires and scales businesses through hands-on operational support rather than just financial backing. Whether you're weighing a minority investment, a majority sale or a full exit, my role is to make that first conversation simple, discreet and worthwhile.

How I work

Every conversation starts confidentially, under NDA, and moves at your pace, with no pressure and no obligation. I listen first to understand what you want for yourself, your team and the business, then help you explore whether a partnership makes sense.
